Letter Z Straw Letters
These fun letter Z straw letters are easy and cheap to make! Grab some straws, an iron, scissors, and wax paper. Start by cutting the straws into different sized-pieces (grown-ups may want to do this part). Then encourage your little ones to help “build” letter Zs. Finally, cover the straw Zs with wax paper and make sure its a a grown-up who irons the letters together - we suggest ironing them on an ironing board or towel. Watch as your little one’s creations melt together, creating extra-funky letter art! For added fun, try hiding your newly-created letters around the house for a game of letter Z hide-and-seek! Or create straw letters for any of the other straight-edge letters: A, E, F, H, I, K, L, M, N, T, V, W, X, and Y!

Try this fun and easy zebra painting activity with your little ones! All you need are a sheet of paper, paint (we used black and white for the zebra), and a paintbrush or two. Paint your child’s foot (as shown) and help them stamp it onto the paper. Then do the same with their hand, using only white paint. Use more black paint or even a black marker to add your zebra’s stripes! Now you have two adorable Zebra paintings and a fun handprint/footprint memory!
